Translation of -user_fields help

When creating a new member, even though I have changed the pop-up help text (in phpmyadmin) for the 'membership enter profile form' (/adm_program/modules/profile/profile_new.php) which is held in the table _user_fields from German into English (for fields PMB_accession onwards), when I attempt to update the profile information for the member, the help text in the pop-ups still appears in German. I am using the plug-in 'Membership_fees'.
I have checked for the German text within the following files:
adm_program\languages\de.xml
adm_program\languages\de-DE.xml
adm_program\languages\en.xml
through all the template files
and through the Membership fee plug-in files:
adm_plugins\membership_fee\languages\de.xml
adm_plugins\membership_fee\languages\de-DE.xml
adm_plugins\membership_fee\languages\en.xml

but cannot find either the German text that is filling the help pop-ups or the field names (eg 'Verwendungszweck' in the 'Contributory Text' field) or those fields (eg a reference to 'PMB_accession', etc.).

I am using MySQL 5.7.36 running on Apache and PHP 8.0.13 for my version of the database.

These info texts are saved directly with a profile field.

Call the "Edit profile fields" page (-> Admidio Administration Preferences - Modules - Profile). Here you can change the German text by editing a profile field.
