I have Wordpress installed in the root directory on my server as my main website.
I am looking at using Softaculous auto install to install Admidio in a directory - for example /members and use it as a stand alone program to manage a small (100 member) social club I run.
Will there be any issues?

That is a good question. There should be no issues if Admidio runs separatly.
