Adding Support and Track Training

Hi All

I just wanted to see if its possible to enable admidio to be able to add support logs to members that both we and the member can see and also to track training of members to check compliance with a tracker if possible?

As far as I know, Admidio doesn't include a dedicated support-ticket or training-compliance module out of the box, but you could potentially use custom profile fields, categories, and attachments or look for a suitable plugin to track that information.

Hi Laura,

For training compliance, I would suggest creating a structured tracker rather than free-text notes. For example, keep fields for training type, completion date, expiry/review date, and status. This makes it much easier to run reports and identify upcoming renewals.
