I am using the SEPA "Due Date" button, but it only shows the following:
"No entries available."
I tried to edit/create Mandates as well and they give similar results.
I am using the Membership Plugin 5.2.0 with Admidio 4.2.2
Slight carryover from the previous post here viewtopic.php?t=9087
Membership Fee Due Date not working
Re: Membership Fee Due Date not working
I think this was a problem within Admidio.
Please update to version 4.2.3 and do the theme changes described here:
https://www.admidio.org/dokuwiki/doku.p ... _themes_42
That should fix your problem.

Re: Membership Fee Due Date not working
I updated to 4.2.3 with the same results with mandates and SEPA due dates. I replaced the entire "theme" directory with the 4.2.3 install.
I still cannot edit or create Mandates. And using SEPA to make due dates still has the same result of none showing "No entries available."

Re: Membership Fee Due Date not working
I am seeing something odd in running the Tests. Two former members come up in the Role membership (mandatory) check with the message
=> The listed members are not in any mandatory membership role (or no mandatory membership roles have been defined).
They have no "active" membership roles, they are all former. There are other "former" members that are not showing up in this list, is it possible something is in disarray in the database for this?
Are there debug steps I could look into to see why this is?

Re: Membership Fee Due Date not working
This display of former members has nothing to do with setting a due date.
Go to a member's profile and enter values in these fields:
Fee, Mandate reference, Mandate date and IBAN. The Paid field must be empty.
This member must now be displayed in the Due Date module.

Re: Membership Fee Due Date not working
Adding these in worked, but how do I do this in bulk to all users? And what IBAN am I supposed to be using? The organizations or the individuals? Note, we will not have IBAN information for all our members.
What I was looking to do, is record payment and reset due dates. Is that not part of what this plugin can do?
Note, adding a "fake" IBAN will have the TEST fail indicating it did not pass the check digits (nice, but the other statuses are blank).

Re: Membership Fee Due Date not working
The plugin is primarily designed to generate a SEPA XML file so that membership fees can be collected by direct debit. In such a SEPA XML file, an IBAN and a due date must be specified for each direct debit. The "Due date" module is used to set this due date. However, if you do not collect your contributions by direct debit, you do not need to set a due date and you do not need the "Due date" module. That's the wrong way.
If you just want to record your payments, this would be the best way:
1. Calculate contributions with "Recalculation"
2. If a member has paid, set a paid date via "Contribution payments".
3. "Contribution history" now shows who, when and how much someone paid.

Re: Membership Fee Due Date not working
I get it now, I was trying to overcomplicate it by having a "due date" set, which in our by-laws is the date of the first meeting of the new year.
Going the path your suggesting, then we would track those that are "late" external to the system.
Thanks for clarifying how the module works, I wasn't familiar with what SEPA actually is or the fact this was debiting accounts.
