Some more changes to en.xml

Some more minor changes to adm_program > languages > en.xml

• Line 239 - Change “Entering database information” to “Configure the database” or “Database configuration.”
• Line 222 - Change “Creating administrator” to “Create an administrator.”
• Line 342 - Change “Creating new configuration” to “Create a new configuration”
• Line 194 - Change “To many entries within the give time intervall are not allowed.” to “Too many entries within the given time interval are not allowed.”
• Line 233 - Change “Provide here administrator\'s name, e-mail and access information. Log in with same user after installation.” to “Enter the administrator\'s name, e-mail and access information. Log in with the administrator\’s credentials after installation.”
• Line 9 - Change “Latest announcements of organization #VAR1#” to “Latest announcements from #VAR1#”

I have changed most of them.

What about Line 239: "Database access"? This would be a better correspond to the german meaning.

Could line 9 also "Latest announcements from organization #VAR1#" ?
