Often it is very nice when you know WHAT and WHERE for an image.
The WHAT could be read from the EXIF-data ( title ) for the image.

The WHERE could also be read.

My suggestion is to have a field in the settings for the photo-album.
The field should hold the free API-key from Google to use the map. It will be free as longas you don't exceed 25.000 views a day - enough for most sites I think.

Then : When a photo album is processed, the EXIF data for the image is read. If one or more images has geo-location data ( latitude/longitude), then a button is shown : "Show on map".
If no images has geo-data the button is not shown.

When clicked, all images from the folder that has geo-data is shown on the map as clickable pins.

It looked OK. A normal username ( not ugerrt or so ) and no links in the post. The spammers are getting better, but still very irritating and annoying.

I like this feature, but I would also like to have a another feature to show a membership map with pins for every active member registered. The member could hover their mouse over a pin and it would provide the name of the member associated with that pin and allow them to click the member name to display their profile, similar to the maps at ZeeMaps.
